Our primary packages are 3 and 5 years starting at $699 and $999, respectively. Coatings may last much longer than the listed duration if cared for properly. Add wheel faces & windshield for $199, and interior for $299. Polishing is not included and is additional, and starts at $500 based on desired defect removal and paint condition (clear coat thickness).

WHAT IS A CERAMIC COATING?
A ceramic coating is a thin layer of ceramic material applied to a car’s exterior surfaces (we also have leather, plastic, and fabric ceramic coating options for the interior). It is designed to provide a protective barrier against the elements, such as dirt, water, and UV rays, and to help preserve the paint and finish of the vehicle. When applied, the ceramic coating forms a semi-permanent bond with your vehicle’s paint, which is far superior to traditional waxes or sealants. It also provides a high-gloss finish that enhances the overall appearance of the car.
For our clients, we have 3, 5, and 8 year ceramic coating packages. Almost all of our ceramic coating packages include wheel faces and windshield coatings.
We can apply a ceramic coating to just about any surface – glass, leather, plastic, paint (of course), metal, you name it. Of course, we apply ceramic coating regularly to wheels and wheel faces. Imagine how easy brake dust cleans off a wheel that has been ceramic coated!
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN WAXES/SEALANTS AND CERAMIC COATINGS?
One of the main differences is the level of protection they provide. Ceramic coatings are much more durable and longer lasting than wax. Ceramic coatings can last for several years (our most popular packages are 3 and 5 year coatings), while waxes & sealants need to be applied every couple of months.
Ceramic coatings can only be removed via a machine polisher (paint correction), where as waxes/sealants can be removed with standard stripping agents or powerful degreasers such as Super Clean.
Ceramic coatings are generally more expensive than waxes/sealants. The cost of applying a ceramic coating greatly outweighs the cost to apply a wax/sealant, as more extensive prep-work is required in order for the ceramic coating to bond properly to the paint. This cost varies widely and depends on vehicle size, and level of protection & shine desired.
DOES A CERAMIC COATING PROTECT AGAINST ROCK CHIPS AND SCRATCHES?
Unfortunately, even in the Las Vegas area, auto detailers and other ceramic coating shops will promise clients that ceramic coatings protect against rock chips, scratches, and more! We wish ceramic coatings acted similarly to paint protection film/PPF, however this is not the case.

HOW DOES CERAMIC COATING WORK? WHAT IS THE SCIENCE BEHIND IT?
Your paint is made up of peaks and valleys, it may not look like it to the naked eye, but it isn’t a perfectly smooth piece of material. What happens is dirt and other contaminants from the road and environment can get stuck in these peaks and valleys, making them more difficult to remove and more likely to scratch.
Ceramic coatings solve this problem by attempting to fill many of the peaks and valleys of the paint, smoothing out the surface. By doing this, dirt and other contaminants are less likely to get trapped. Smoother paint leads to more water-repellent properties (hydrophobic). This is what gives us those excellent water beads on the paint surface, and the sheeting effect that we all love.
More importantly, this means that the paint is less likely to hold dirt, making it easier and much safer to clean. The harder you have to work to clean the paint, the more likely you are to scratch it. This is how ceramic coating (somewhat) protects against scratches. It is not on the same level of scratch resistance as paint protection film/PPF, but it does reduce marring that can happen from poor wash technique.
More importantly, you won’t be scrubbing the paint and less likely to damage it with a ceramic coating installed. If you wash your car regularly, there will be little to no build up of heavy dirt contamination that can cause scratches on the paint. Plus, if you decide to wash the car yourself, a ceramic coating makes the process so much easier, and it will save you a lot of time.
WHAT IS YOUR PROCESS AT PREMIERE AUTO DETAIL FOR CERAMIC COATING IN THE LAS VEGAS AREA?
What is our process for ceramic coating in the Las Vegas area? If you determine that your vehicle needs a simple polish (for minor swirls) or a full paint enhancement package (for major swirls caused by an automatic car wash in the Las Vegas) we have you covered!
Your choice of paint enhancement/paint correction will change the process for the ceramic coating. The primary method of bringing out the gloss in your vehicle is paint enhancement/polishing, not the ceramic coating itself (the ceramic coating only highlights the paint condition). Even brand-new vehicles from the dealership can have swirls from their wash technique (sometimes they run the vehicle through the automatic car wash), or from poor auto detailing techniques, and they can have iron or other contaminants embedded in the paint from rail transportation, or from the road while on a car-hauling trailer.
First, we will wash your car via a rinseless wash method (by far the safest way to wash), then prep the vehicle for ceramic coating using a clay towel to remove any surface contaminants, followed by a decontamination step with an iron and fallout remover. At this point, we will conduct a paint enhancement/paint correction (if desired). Lastly, we will wipe down the entire vehicle with a body shop prep solution, stripping away any leftover waxes/sealants, polishing residue, etc. This ensures an optimally clean surface free of any contamination that may hinder the bond of the ceramic coating. Once this is complete, we will apply the ceramic coating to all exterior painted surfaces, wheel faces, glass, and plastic trim/headlights.
